V-Day

V is for virus. The influenza virus, to be exact. It hit me first, last week, and now it has passed on to Fable. Her fever was 102 this morning, before we started ibuprofen. Not a very happy Valentine's Day around here.

Happy Monday

I said that I wanted to write more, and then my baby girl decided that sleeping through the night was so 2010. So now when I put her to bed, I put myself to bed shortly thereafter because I have no idea when she'll be awake again. Last night, she was only up once, around 1 am I think. And then she didn't wake again until 6:45 am. I like to think we can expect the same tonight, but I know better than that. Still, I am thankful for every night she does sleep well. Even when I'm exhausted, I love being her mama.
